Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ans·Rev websites, application, pixel, and related services (the “Service”), provided by Ans·Rev, Inc. (“Ans·Rev,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

The service

Ans·Rev is an AI-visibility and revenue pipeline platform. It runs sweeps across answer engines to measure where your brand is cited, generates content engineered to earn citations, resolves first-party website visits to companies (and, with consent, people), and connects your CRM and mailbox so you can turn visibility into human-approved outreach and traceable revenue pipeline. Features, limits, and plans may change as the product evolves; we will not materially reduce a paid plan you are on without notice.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace. You are responsible for your users’ compliance with these Terms. The Service is for business use by people aged 16 or over; it is not directed to consumers or children.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any law, third-party right, or another platform’s terms;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, or misrepresent the origin of any message;
  • attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated or anonymized data, or resolve visitors in a way your notice and consent do not permit;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service, or scrape or overload it;
  • upload malware or attempt to breach security or access data that is not yours.

Outreach: human approval and anti-spam

The Service is built on a human-in-the-loop model. Ans·Rev drafts content and prepares outreach sequences with deliverability and compliance guardrails, but nothing is published or sent without an authorized person approving it at every autonomy level. You remain the sender of record and are responsible for the accuracy of approved content and for compliance of your outreach with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, and Nigerian requirements), including honoring opt-outs and maintaining a lawful basis to contact recipients. Our guardrails assist your judgment; they do not replace it.

Ownership and intellectual property

You own your data and content.As between the parties, you retain all rights to the data you connect and the content you create and approve (“Customer Content”). You grant Ans·Rev a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you, and to create aggregated, de-identified statistics (such as the Ans·Rev Index benchmarks) that do not identify you.

Ans·Rev owns the platform. The Service, software, models, and underlying technology, and all associated intellectual property, remain ours. Subject to these Terms we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Any feedback you provide may be used without restriction.

Fees, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars on the cadence you select (monthly or annual); annual billing may be discounted. Usage above plan limits may incur additional fees disclosed in the app. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We may change prices with prior notice effective at your next renewal.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties you choose to connect (answer engines, CRMs, mailboxes, publishing platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and Ans·Rev is not responsible for their availability or actions. Enabling a connector authorizes Ans·Rev to exchange data with it as needed to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ans·Rev disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs, visibility metrics, resolutions, and attribution are estimates that can be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing them before you act, publish, or send.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Ans·Rev’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid to Ans·Rev in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Ans·Rev against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content, your outreach, or your breach of these Terms or of law, except to the extent caused by Ans·Rev’s own breach.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or to comply with law or protect the Service, with notice where practicable. On termination your license to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, fees due, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) survive. Export and deletion of your data on termination are handled as described in the DPA and Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country — to be set on publish], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available to you locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and the law evolve. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
